Privacy policy

Last updated: 31 August 2026

The site uses anonymised internal statistics. Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement are activated according to your choice in the cookie notice. KG Buve does not sell personal data.

Cloudflare Web Analytics

Visit statistics are provided by Cloudflare Web Analytics. It works without cookies and does not create a visitor identifier.

Recorded in aggregate: number of visits and page views, which pages were opened, the referring site, country, device type and browser, and page-load speed metrics (Core Web Vitals). Full IP addresses are not stored.

The data processor is Cloudflare, Inc.

Azure Application Insights — business events

To understand which features are used, specific actions are recorded as events in Microsoft Azure Application Insights: opening, submitting and a submit failure of the consultation form; document upload start, successful completion and failure; completion of the service wizard; clicks on the phone, email and WhatsApp links; changing the site language.

Each event carries only three values: the event name, the page type (for example home, contacts, upload) and the site language (lv, ru or en).

The successful-form-submit event is recorded only after the server has accepted the message. The successful-upload event is recorded only after the server has verified that the file actually reached storage with the correct size.

The data processor is Microsoft. Event data is kept for a limited time (typically up to 90 days) and then deleted automatically.

Data minimisation

The following are never sent or stored: names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, consultation request text, uploaded file names or contents, OneDrive links, and any access tokens.

KG Buve internal analytics does not automatically collect every click or page content — only the actions listed above are recorded. Google tag data is processed according to your consent and Google's privacy terms.

Retention and your rights

Aggregated statistics are used only to maintain and improve the site. Because the data is anonymised and aggregated, it cannot be linked to a specific person.

Google Consent Mode v2 denies advertising and analytics storage by default. Choosing “Accept all” grants analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization; choosing “Necessary only” keeps them denied. You can change the choice using the “Privacy settings” button; it is stored in a first-party cookie for 180 days.

Google Tag Manager manages Google Analytics and Google Ads tags. Advertising parameters (gclid, gbraid, wbraid and utm_) may be used for advertising attribution according to consent, but are not added to KG Buve internal analytics events. For questions, write to info@kgbuve.lv.
